A Chinese girl studying in the United States dated an American man in his 40s, and ultimately, she was murdered and buried in the backyard. From her photos taken in both China and the US, it's evident that her mental state was entirely different in the two countries. The environment in America had changed her, leading to her tragic end.
For a long time, Western culture has been excessively glorified and promoted worldwide, including in China. From films to literature, the Western lifestyle and values have been packaged as an ideal paradigm, subtly influencing people, especially the younger generation. In this atmosphere, some Chinese girls view dating white men as a way to "upgrade" their lives. However, I can responsibly say that this is a mistaken belief today.
Through my interactions with Westerners both in life and online, I have summarized the following issues they have compared to Chinese boys:
1. The average IQ of Westerners is lower than that of Chinese, and the basic education they receive is generally inferior. This leads to many communication difficulties between Chinese and Westerners, often masked by the excuse of "cultural differences." Essentially, it's people of different IQ and cognitive levels are hard to have deep communication, and these communication barriers can cause significant problems in close relationships.
2. Westerners' personalities are worse than those of Chinese. Westerners are more prone to impulsiveness, while Chinese are relatively gentle. Westerners are also more irresponsible, abandoning their families is not a big deal to many of them, let alone breaking up with a girlfriend. In contrast, Chinese men are more proactive in taking responsibility, paying for dates, buying gifts, paying bride prices, and take family responsibility.
3. Most Westerners are actually quite poor. Although the per capita GDP of West countries is still higher than that of China, the wealth gap is significant. Most people in those countries are actually poorer than Chinese, and they don't have the habit of saving money like Chinese do. Therefore, they actually cannot meet the material expectations of Chinese girls.
4. The advantages of Westerners are they may appear gentlemanly on the surface, tall, and cooler fashion and cloth sense compared to Chinese. Additionally, blue eyes or blonde hair may be attractive to some girls. However, first, aesthetic preference is a quite subjective thing and it can be shaped, and the root cause for some girls think the blue eys is better looking than black eys is the legacy of colonial mentality. Second, the new generation of Chinese youth is also very cool, and they are also very tall.
Overall, I am not pessimistic about the "easy girl" mentality among some Chinese girls. The sex attractiveness is one of the soft power of Westerners, which is built on the hard power they once had, and this situation is clearly changing. More Chinese girls will gradually develop an objective understanding of them, and I predict that this situation will change within five years or even sooner.
